1. Service Request
Customers can book service through phone call, WhatsApp, or website.
Service will be scheduled based on technician availability and service area.
2. Inspection Charges
A basic inspection/visiting charge may apply for diagnosing the problem.
If the customer proceeds with repair, the inspection charge may be adjusted in the final service cost.
3. Repair Charges
Repair charges depend on the type of problem, spare parts required, and service time.
The technician will inform the estimated cost before starting the repair.
4. Spare Parts
Replacement parts used during repair may be original or compatible quality parts depending on availability.
The cost of spare parts will be clearly informed to the customer.
5. Service Warranty
Warranty for repair service may be provided depending on the type of repair and spare parts used.
Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, power fluctuation, or misuse.
6. Same Day Service
Same-day service is provided based on technician availability and location.
In some cases service may be scheduled for the next available time slot.
7. Customer Responsibility
Customers should ensure:
Easy access to the appliance
Proper electricity and water connection
Safe working environment for technicians
8. Cancellation Policy
If a service request is cancelled after technician arrival, visiting charges may apply.
9. Limitation of Liability
Iniyan Home Appliances Service is not responsible for:
Pre-existing internal damage
Manufacturer defects
Problems caused by external electrical issues
